Work Work and More Work

Its Saturday today but I am still in office. For the last one month it is a very hectic schedule. There is lots and lots of work. I am not very sure why is this so.... I have so many tasks to do. Because of this pressure I am sometimes make mistakes ...
I am looking for some days of rest in which there will not be any work and i can sleep for long hours.. :)

It's better to delegate tasks, than to allow the margin of error attempting to do them all. Overburdening yourself is itself a mistake (for many more reasons....)
Are you sure the tasks can't be shared with any new hires in your team? Or are you trying to do others' too?
You may need to train others for a while, but for recurring tasks (spanning many months), it's worth it.
Another tip: start documenting stuff/procedures, specifically if there are things that will take others hours to dig up if you're not around.
